The largest walnut drink production line

On the morning of January 30, Li Jinzhang, President of Shangxi Dazai
Drink Co, Ltd. (first right), Bonus, a senior engineer of US Meile
(middle), and Wang Shishang (first left), a food expert at the
agricultural modernization research institute of Chinese Academy of
Sciences (CAS) watched walnut production procedures in a Dazai workshop.
Dazai Drink Co. Ltd. of Shanxi Province invested over 60 million yuan in
the world's largest canned walnut drink production line, using imports
from eight countries including the US, UK, Germany and South Korea in
November 2004. After nearly three months of installation and adjustment,
this line succeeded in the first trial production.This production line
can manufacture 800 cans of Dazai walnut drink per minute, with an annual
output of 60,000 tons.
