Shenyang, "Capital of Vitality"

After expert research and numerous demonstrations, Shenyang has decided
on "Shenyang - Capital of Vitality" as an appropriate trademark
reflecting its position and image. The city has registered the trademark
at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC). Shenyang
hopes to attract visitors from home and abroad with the unique and vivid
image expressed in the phrase, "Capital of Vitality."
