"Colorful Guizhou" fashion show wraps up

The first "Colorful Guizhou" fashion show wrapped up in Guiyang, capital
of southwest China's Guizhou province, on Sunday night, May 6, 2007. More
than 30 supermodels from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, South Korea and
Japan strutted their stuff in clothes inspired by the traditional
costumes of southwest China's ethnic minority groups. The event lasted 5
days and aimed to bridge the gap between local ethnic culture and
international fashion.
